By using our Site or Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

- Payment information. Card numbers and payment credentials are processed and stored by our payment processors (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or similar), not by us directly. We receive limited details such as the transaction result and the last four digits of your card.
- Account information if you create an account, including your username and password.
- Communications, including messages, inquiries, reviews, survey responses, and any information you choose to share when you contact our support team.
- Marketing preferences, such as your decision to subscribe to or unsubscribe from our emails or SMS.

- Service providers and processors who perform services on our behalf, such as our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, hosting providers, email and SMS marketing tools, customer support tools, and analytics providers.
- Shipping and fulfillment partners to deliver your orders.
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Meta, who help us understand site usage and deliver and measure advertising (see Section 7).
- Legal and safety disclosures when required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Navacava, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers, such as in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Note that certain sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some US state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in Sections 7 and 9.
7. Advertising and Analytics
We use third-party tools to understand how our Site is used and to advertise our products. These include:

- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, which we may use to deliver and measure ads. You can manage your preferences in your Meta account settings.

8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our Services, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

We do not knowingly sell the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.
Other US state residents. Residents of states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others may have similar rights under their state privacy laws.
How to exercise your rights. To submit a request, email us at support@navacava.com with the details of your request. We will verify your identity before responding and will reply within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for DNT, we may not respond to DNT signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC.
11. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. Our payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We are based in the United States and currently ship within the United States only.
