Shipping policy

At Navacava, we want your pieces to reach you as smoothly as the wardrobe they’re joining. This policy explains how and when your order ships. Navacava is a brand operated by Azinko LLC.

Where We Ship

Navacava currently ships within the following countries:

  • United States – 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom – 5–10 business days
  • Germany – 7–14 business days
  • Austria – 7–14 business days

At this time we do not offer shipping to other international destinations. We’re working on expanding — if you’re outside the US, UK, Germany, or Austria and would like to be notified when we ship to your country, email us at support@navacava.com.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and US public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day. During new launches, sales, and peak holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you posted if there’s a delay on your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days for orders within the United States and United Kingdom, and 7–14 business days for orders to Germany and Austria. Please note that delivery windows are estimates provided by our carriers and aren’t guaranteed, as weather, carrier volume, customs processing (where applicable), and other factors outside our control can occasionally affect transit times.

Shipping Rates

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum, no code required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you within 1–3 business days after your order is processed. If you haven’t received tracking after this window, please check your spam folder, then reach out to us and we’ll track it down for you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Navacava isn’t responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply for repeat delivery).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, please check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 7 days so we can help. For items that arrive damaged, email us at support@navacava.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
